The Understanding

We start our process by understanding the client, their company, the post, character of the employee, the expectations from the employee, the offer, etc. At the end of this stage we have full understanding providing us clarity on the best and fastest method to find the most suitable candidate

 

The Search

Guided by the Understanding Stage we then consider the various options such as searching our own database, external databases, contacts (as headhunting), advertising locally (consider various channels), advertising internationally, commissioning our alliances to search, etc.

 

The Shortlisting

Once we have a reasonable pool of candidates that meet the set expectations we start the shortlisting process. The process involves going through CVs, interviews (phone, video, one-to-one). Additionally, we validate the information provided in writing and verbally to ensure the shortlist is sound and ready to be passed to the next level.  

 

The Selection

The final stage is to support our clients to select the best talent for their business. We will explain to our clients the process we went through and strengthens of each candidate and their potential. We then support our client to interview the candidates and decide on his/her best choice. Once the decision is made we support the client to seal the deal with the best applicant through offer letter, contracting, etc.
